The only time you would need to separate items is if you have ordered a Mixed Bag, along with another item, such as a Wet Clean garment, or bedding. This is so that we know which items need pressing, and which will be processed using our wash and fold service. Separating your items ahead of collection removes the possibility of misunderstanding the order, and ensures your items are processed exactly how you'd like them to be.
