If you have to be somewhere else during your allocated time slot and wish to leave your items in a safe place for us to collect, just leave a note on your order so that we know where to find your bags. If you have already placed your order and something comes up, please call us at 0207 459 4671 or fill in this form, our Customer Service team is available Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (excluding Bank Holidays).
