Everything you order from Oxwash will be individually ironed or finished before it is returned to you. The only exceptions to this are our 'Mixed Bag' Laundry Products, which are washed, dried and folded, and some bedding items such as blankets and throws which are also washed, dried and folded. Please check the item description in our catalogue if you are unsure.
